Crockpot Pork Stew

This is what's for dinner tonight!!

Ingredients:

1 (2lb) boneless pork shoulder, cut in 2 inch pieces
1 (10.75oz) can condensed French Onion soup
1/2 cup apple juice
3 large Granny Smith apples sliced thick (about 3 cups)
3 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 medium size parsnips, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp thyme

How To Prepare:

1.  Stir everything together in the crockpot and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours

Makes 8 (one cup) servings
